This is a walk in only clinic. Usually any type of surgery consists of a drop off between 6am and and 8 am, Monday to Thursday, can't remember if they do surgery Fridays. Specialty surgeries usually require a visit with the vet first, I believe this would count. Also, please reconsider declawing your cat. Claws are their toes/fingers. It's a very painful procedure that leaves them defenseless and they have to relearn to balance.
Many animal hospitals do not declaw cats because it is considered (and is) a very painful and inhumane surgery for a variety of reasons. You would have to call to ask. I personally refuse to go to or support any vet that declaw cats.
It will be a long wait time as it's wall is only. The previous person answered very well. Please do not have them declawed. It is very painful and will cause complications for the rest of their lives. If it's due to behvior, please get them spayed/neutered.
