Bought Tahini butter thus afternoon. Does it really taste bitter? It went straight to the garbage. Waste of money. Had it before, but bought it somewhere else

I haven't try the tahini butter before but i always eat tahini paste which they should be similar in taste and it is bitter unless you mix it with some sweet, they way i use it i mix the tahini with date syrup.
