They have closed when they get into confrontations with the customers. Most of the people that go there are homeless so I guess they feel like they don’t have to treat people with any respect?! Idk what to think about it but disrespectful actions are met with disrespectful actions! Don’t cry over spilled water!!!

Because they either run out of funds or don't want to be open too late.

That's a good question. Unfortunately the answer is no one has ever reported them to the city or the Better Business Bureau. Also they are right across the street from the Central Police Station.
