You kinda feel awkward when you go in.Small space, items everywhere. Guy in back office eventually tells you to complete an information form, you leave little interaction! Not the easiest place to find (even w google maps) Middle of an industrial estate.

Quick, easy. Worker immediately helped me with my laptop. My recycling was absolutely free. So much easier then throwing in dump and environmentally friendly. I will look for more items I have to recycle.

very friendly, truly accommodating. try their services next time. small household electronics are usually free (they don't take appliances). call ahead like i did to make sure they will take it in for free and that they're open.

Fantastic customer service! I needed to dispose of an old microwave as "e-waste" but didn't want to toss it with the regular trash, so I came here. They don't accept appliances, unfortunately, but the man who talked to me said I could leave it since "I came all the way here." A short exchange of maybe 30 seconds, but their willingness to accommodate for me was worth it to write this review. Thank you again! (February 1, 2021)
