I don't think u can walk thru it they were upgraded the home for the public great history lesson of OC history.
You can get a list of when it is open for tours or ask if you can schedule a private viewing
You can walk around the porch and look through the windows. I don't know if the tour takes you inside.

Yes, I believe you can schedule a tour. For filming purposes look online or go in and check with an arboretum volunteer who may be able to direct you as to who to obtain permission from, if it is even possible. Good luck!

Depends the day. On some occasions people do take pictures while being on the porch.
