They have prices only available threw tgeir app. Their app is one of the worst apps. Even when you add items it won't show in your cart for discount. I've had to spend a lot of time in customer service getting the discounts I should have gotten. I've even had the self check out person help out. They eventually give up and just manually put in the difference. Just let us use our phone number or a card. They purposely put the discounted only available threw the app sales price in big yellow tag with a small disclaimer that it's only available threw the app. Dishonest! They hope that people won't complain. And let it be. They are across the street from me. I drive all the way to stater brothers. They actually put the real price on product.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!!! I used my card here and the VERY NEXT DAY I had MULTIPLE FRAUDULENT CHARGES!! I don’t use my card ANYWHERE and HAVEN’T USED IT FOR MONTHS!! I KNOW IT WAS THEM!!! THEY ARE SKIMMING CREDIT CARDS!! Something FISHY is going on!!

Visited the Fullerton, CA store on Yorba Linda Blvd on Monday August 23 at 4:20 pm. Ordered .75 lb of shaved ham at the Deli. Told the employee 3 times that I wanted it shaved to make sure there was no misunderstanding and made sure the employee repeated shaved as an acknowledgment. What I received was sliced (#2) not shaved (#1). Also went to the produce section to get a few tomatoes, decided against it because they were infested with bugs. Will not be going back to this location.

WAS my favorite store. Loyal 100% and always recognized the cashiers. Never waited more than 2-5 minutes for ck out. Now they have one or ZERO human registers open and about 6 self checkouts. I buy large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables besides other items. It is a pain to look up every item by picture or alphabetically. If I am dropping $100-$150 a week at this place I would appreciate some help checking out and if possible bagging. I can’t believe how you guys let the customer service in this store plummet. Where are the helpful employees? Do you realize Albertsons is less than a block away?
