I would probably recommend Pro Play Gamers, which is about 4 blocks south in the same shopping center as the Publix across from FIU. They buy for several card games, DBZ, YGO, MTG, VG, etc.
They don't do individual cards try at cool stuff games. They do sell packs tho. 3 for $10.
