I ordered a speaker for my son he graduated it was a gift. I have not received the package as of yet filed a complaint at Kohl's what needs to be done at this point?

Call them to track your package an date they deliver

tell theme you need a tracking number our get the number to main office to complane

Call where you ordered it from and get a tracking number , then have them track it . Ask for names of people you talk to . Tell them you will keep calling them until this is resolved . They tend to move faster because they don't want all the calls .👍
