My package has been sitting in Petaluma for over a week. When am I going to receive this package??

Probably wont be delivered. I had to go down twice to get my packages they have real problems down there.u will have to sign up for will call and then go down to pick it up when they find it.i had to go into the will call room and find the package myself.good thing I knew what the packages looked like. Good luck
