looking to celebrate my 21st, what are the average prices? not trying to spend too much but also willing to splurge a bit

I spent about $200 for 2 people...

Steak at least $55. A cheap bottle of wine at least $45. And then sides probably about $15. This is the low end of prices. Probably a bit higher. I would say at least $100 a person would be a safe estimate.
