Does this restaurant rotate or not? I see mixed answers within the comments. Can anyone tell me as of today, does the restaurant rotate giving you a vew of LA?

The restaurant does not. It is the lounge one floor down that rotates.

The lounge below the restaurant rotates, very slowly, providing a 360° view of DTLA. This is the waiting area before you are seated for dinner. The restaurant does not rotate however, it too has views.
