41 foot is big in California, so you should contact the park directly. They have a ton of spots and should be good.

It depends on the site. There are 50 amp, 30 amp, and water/waste only. Weekday and weekend rates are different. They don't charge based on size.
You probably need to contact the campground. The sites are big enough for a trailer your size, and probably the same cost as a shorter trailer. You can try and reserve via the KOA app or the website and it will give you a price.
