I ordered a ticket on 12/12/18, but it didn't send me any actual ticket. It gave me some kind of pending message which I totally forgot what it was, and hope that my $166.05 didn't vanish. How to get the ticket?

You should get an eventBrite ticket that you can see in their app or online.

The tickets for CRSSD stay as "pending" until a week before the event. CRSSD doesn't send the tickets right away for customers' protection. Many times when events send the tickets right away, it allows scammers to sell and resell the same barcode to people and then at the day of the event, people can't get into the venue because someone else has already gone inside with the same barcode. Also, by holding the tickets till last minute, it helps others identify scammers easier (for example, if someone you see that someone is advertising an ad online about a CRSSD ticket and they say that they have the pdf or physical copy of the ticket, then you know it's a scam because CRSSD hasnt released the actual ticket yet....this happened to me before because I didn't check on the CRSSD emails and notifications) Be patient, my friend, you will get your ticket. It usually happens 4-5 days before the event. Just keep checking on your email for any notifications. Hope this helps!
