It's easy. The city does a good job regulating the hordes of people after the event. There are plenty of Lyft/Uber pickup spots nearby, the Little Italy trolley station is within walking distance, and it is easy to catch your ride.
Not hard at all! Just walk away from the main drag and you'll be golden
