You are only as old as you feel like, if you can move and want to learn than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for you, they have a sensei at this place who is 76 years old and he is one of the best
There is no maximum age to learn. This place is one of the best, hands down. Staff is great and the owner Paulo is a phenom!!
We just started Roger he is 67 years old and we have Walter he is 78 years old
Death. It's never too late to start, Erick. There are 70 and 80 year olds starting to learn. Jiujitsu is wonderful for learning and growing at your own pace and SDBJJ has incredible coaches to safely guide students.
