All you need as an ID from either person and it needs to be valid. It can be driving license or California ID or a passport also works. Any type of ID is valid.
You go online and make an appointment first I printed the application and filled it out on a hard copy, but I think there is an application online you can fill out. Then you go down there and get your marriage license. You can even get married the same day. Just got to pay. Your license should be ready in 2 weeks.
You can get any documents from the recorders office not to sure how much for both
You go to the recorder's office
If you have just signed it you can schedule to sign the certificate
Come dressed in your wedding stuff you will only be going into the private ceremony room when they call you up for the ceremony.
Just a single form of ID, the website listing them as being a valid driver's license, passport, military ID, or any kind of valid state ID. It must be current and not expired.
Go to the website. You can find printable forms under the "forms" section of the website. https://arcc.sdcounty.ca.gov/Pages/office-locations.aspx
