The staff are very nice but their customer based app sucks. I have had appointments cancel because I think I'm cancelling one appointment but it's actually 3 appointments ahead. I have been cancelled on 20mins before my appointment (i was in the car heading in) but apparently you are unable to cancel your appointment day of without getting charged, how does that work. Not only that but every time I did have an appointment I was seen for 29mins and then said they were too busy for any more assistance. This place sucks.

I came into SpineZone with the expectation that it was just another chiropractor that was going to manipulate me in a way that would cause MORE pain. From the get-go I was impressed that SpineZone gave me a book and packet of home exercises that were CUSTOM for my specific injury (shoulder) and chronic pain (neck) situation. On the first visit Dr. Linzie did some traction on my neck which literally felt like the weight I've been feeling all these years were released. Now, I was scared that this would cause me pain the next day - but I felt tension being released the next day. The home exercises seemed silly at first but my body really appreciated the hour of stretching and activity as I could feel less and less pain each day I performed them. It empowered me to take initiative to change my own body - not relying on prescription meds or natural remedies. I was taught to listen to my body - apply ice when needed. The PT visits were wonderful. All of the therapists I worked with were great and were thorough - teaching and correcting posture, slowly increasing weight and listening - not overdoing it to cause more injury. I feel confident enough to perform these exercises on my own - creating new healthy habits. I came into SpineZone with a poor quality of life, frustrated to have to be living in chronic pain, frustrated with all of the products I bought to alleviate the pain..frustrated with the promises of cures that never happened. SpineZone really has given me a new lease on life and I am hopeful that I will continue living with minimal or no pain at all and continue to strengthen my body without meds. Best investment I have made in myself!

I am so impressed with SpineZone. When I went there, I was sure that, because of my age, I would not ever get better. But with the expert, kind and special treatment there (and I always felt I was treated special) I have improved so much that I can now resume a lot of my normal activities and by following the exercises they designed to do at home, I am confident I will gain much more of my independence. I primarily worked with Lily during my 2 months of physical therapy. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and taught me how to strengthen my back so as to avoid future injury. Everyone at Spinezone is friendly and it’s a pleasant atmosphere.
