Volunteer time is generally done in exchange for stand/tool time and not parts. If you communicate your budget we can work with you to keep essential parts affordable.
As a drop-in volunteer you get free stand time (use of tools and assistance from the volunteers) but you can not trade your time for parts. If you become a regular volunteer you get a monthly credit that can be spent on used parts.
