They do everytime we go to the park.
Welcome to lake county, one of the reasons i moved from there. Too many druggies and corrupt people.
It's a public place unfortunately and yes they do monitor it because ive seen the sheriff enforce no drinking and made all of the people with open containers poor out there beer..this was at the first street park...ive seen lots of people with their dogs despite the signs sayin no dogs...there is the creek park its along 8th and 9th ave. I havent seen any no dog signs there just mabey as an alternative... but no matter where you go you're going to see people from all walks of life.
