I really enjoy and am grateful for the staff at this facility. Professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Not fond of the switch from a clinic to the Adventist (on fire Christians). I am not comfortable being seen in a Christian facility.

When they were the Lucerne clinic they were great! Since they have turned corporate "Adventist Health Care", wait times are long, call backs dont happen, appointments can be months out! Receptionists are rude! Ive been waiting 6 months for a referall as i sit in pain!

Lucerne has no apparent damage, i believe all of lucerne but dont quote me.. The clinic is good.. I live behind the clinic.. Its structure is intact.. Pretty much all of lucerne is intact.. Some burns on the surrounding hils.. Ive been here since the beginning of the fire..

I am trying to find a place that will give my 5year old daughter her kindergarden immunization shot asap she has already missed the first 2weeks of school and I can't find anyone who isn't booked till middle of September...please any suggestions?

Can't you go to the pharmacy and get the shots at the pharmacy? If not try tribal health pediatrics in lakeport, every time I call there I can get my kids seen the next day or even the same day sometimes

I have been rather frantic since last Tuesday, no Wednesday I arrived for my appt. I was waiting to see if they had closed for lunch. At that time there was no evacuation but rx was at Lucern Pharm. Why can't clinic update on this website for us?

I'm not sure about the website. However, I was running out of my prescription and I usually get them filled at Lucerne Pharmacy. I took my prescription to Moran's Pharmacy in Clearlake, and they said they could reach the doctor. They had my prescriptions filled by the next day. I hope that helps.

Does anyone know how patients can get their refills with the evacuation? The ER in Clearlake wont do it.

I don't believe that the ER can refill Suboxone. The other meds yes. Im going to make some calls and see what i can find out and I'll post what i can.
