We stayed in bay side motel clean free parking Right off bay bridge fron oalkand and very easy to get to ucsf.they too charge parking at ucsf you might want check with them they have housing sometimes but room are large and plenty of room for her to stay in room ll rooms have sleepcjairs in them. We were able to stay in the family house and best parking would be at ucsf and u do have to pay but well worth it
