There is no monthly. Its a membership park that is open to the public. Its not considered a live on facility.
It is a membership part. We've been going there for 15 years now. The same sites that weren't fixed 15 years ago still aren't. Not one of our favorite places.

Don't know. We have a membership. If you sign up for the membership you can stay two to three weeks at a time.
