Lowe's is terrible. John (management) has his head up his ass. He's completely useless. And if you order something, don't expect to get it on time, if at all, because their "outside delivery company" SUCKS. In the past 4 days, every single order we placed was completely screwed up. They say they'll contact you to give you a time frame for delivery, but they don't. Never shopping at Lowe's again.
Could be as simple a bad email address was entered. Double check your lowes profile settings. Are you getting any communications from lowes at all?
Lowes is just terrible all the way around. There is a reason why i refer to it as blowes. Shop elsewhere.
If you made the purchase through a local store I would call customer service at that location last week Lowe's had major problems with their server in email
