I was referred to Jackson Hewitt, about 3 years ago, and have never been disappointed. The people that work here, are very professional and at the same time laid back, and extremely personable, the particular branch that I go to are always the same people every year and always recognize you by face and name .They are very knowledgeable in what they do and always make sure to get you the most return possible, I am extremely happy with their service will always return and would always recommend them two other people, who want the most from their return! I honestly look forward to going there to get my taxes done but also to interact with the people there, not to many people can say that or atleast I couldn't before I started coming here, they never disappoint and always put a smile on my face! In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.

If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you donβt have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you donβt have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
