This review is for two of the best service representatives at the Lowell Lowes. Ryan is always available and willing to assist you in locating anything. Simply said, he's a fantastic man. Additionally, Fred. Regrettably, we lost Fred; he was the sweetest, most helpful man.

Watch out ordering online. They hold monies when you place the order and then hold it the amount again when you pick up the order. Took 5-7 business days to clear off account. Called corporate to dispute and they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing or to release the funds. Just pay in store ...

IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT ORER ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S! I started the process of purchasing cabinets from Lowe's at the end of 2020!!! Yes 2020! ... After working with Rao, who was extremely experienced and very helpful, I placed the order. Shorty after ordering the cabinets, I was told that they were discontinued by the manufacturer. (Of course 🤦♂️)... So I prayed their would be no problems when the order arrived. Unfortunately, my prayers were not answered. During design we had 2 cabinets with 3 small windows in the top, side by side. Because of the different sizes of the cabinets, the 3 windows across the top did NOT match. This was not made aware to me when designing the kitchen cabinets and layout. This was 1 of several issues with the order when it arrived. There were broken parts and missing pieces. The replacements cabinets they delivered were more damaged than the original pieces that needed to be replaced. It has been a literal nightmare! Rao researched and figured out that to match the windows we had to order 2, 15" cabinets to replace the original 27" cabinet. This was I'm October of 2021!! Rao spoke with the rep and placed the order. After ~3 months, I was notified the cabinets were finally delivered to the store. 🥳 A few days later I called Rao to set up a pick up date and verify everything was ready for pick up. I was told that the order was missing.... Somehow cabinets that are special order and would be of no use to anyone else, went missing.🤔 I was told that he would immediately re-order the cabinets.... It's 3 months later now, Rao no longer works there(no wonder why) and I can't sell my house because there is a big hole in my kitchen where cabinets are suppose to be! 2 years!!! 2 years and this order is still not complete! I have been extremely patient! (As much as one can be after 2 years!) I will update this message after my experience with management. But from this day forward, Lowes has lost a customer and anyone that mentions Lowes in front of me, will hear this disastrous story and a strong urgency to stop shopping at Lowe's. I hope this helps someone to decide! The extra couple hundred or thousand to order somewhere else, is well worth it!

This local store is very busy. They have a good stock of product and the checkout is usually quick. The store itself is always in disarray. Due to the lack of staff that is going on these days, and there is rarely anyone to answer a question on the floor of most departments. This store seems to be affected by the shortage more that any other home improvement store I have been to. Prices are decent and the quality of their products are much better that their Home Depot rivals. Appliance and deliveries always go smoothly. I recommend them, but be aware that staff are not in abundance, and you're best off knowing exactly what you want before going in.

Mask all time in store , six feet distance at all time
All I can say is if you're not talking about a permanent installation, but are looking for seasonal AC that you remove in the winter, any of the new plastic units such as Haier will do nicely. Once you have your wooden braces and foam installation cut to size, installing AC takes 5 minutes every summer thereafter. They are so light you can carry them with one hand. Great convenience for a bedroom AC.
It's located in a former ICBM silo, rumored to be in either Colorado or Montana.
The person in charge of scheduling deliveries for the lowell store and the person who answers google questions are conjoined twins, but they aren't speaking to one another at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I think they do if you buy a new one.
I know skunks can be led away with chocolate kisses but no idea on woodchuck.
Yes
If you meant flaux yes periwinkle I'm unsure of but and ask for Peggy in our Garden Center
Provide the store manager with a letter of intent on school letterhead and submit a copy of your tax-exempt status if applicable.
You may or may not be able to. They will probably give you a credit and not your money back. Call them and ask. Best solution.
Yes. They have a good variety.
No
Lowe's is terrible. John (management) has his head up his ass. He's completely useless. And if you order something, don't expect to get it on time, if at all, because their "outside delivery company" SUCKS. In the past 4 days, every single order we placed was completely screwed up. They say they'll contact you to give you a time frame for delivery, but they don't. Never shopping at Lowe's again.
