Arby's was sold months ago and their product quality has gone every since another company purchased out. I wonder if the new owners even receive the complaints.
I would call the Manager and tell him what happened. I have been there many times and never had a problem! May have been a new person working! Try again!
I agree with Steve I'd call the store talk to the manager as your first option. If you don't get results that way then definitely go to the website like Jennifer said. Good luck to you. Don't eat the fish again LOL or question why you're paying so much for a deal. Be Forward!
I had a terrible experience at Arby's about a month ago and addressed the issue on Arby's website. I received a letter from them and 2 coupons for free meals. Last week I was in there and it was much improved. Much better service.
The fish sandwich is 2 for 6. That's what I paid for mine .
Go back..demand money back...email management..never go back...didn't know they even toasted buns...your story doesn't add up...if you paid ten dollars for five dollar sandwiches, why??
I ate there last week and didn't see any point of purchase for those. I don't believe they are running that special at that store. Call the store and talk to the manager, they will make it right for you.
