I'm really not sure what is wrong with the employees at this sonic. I've been here a handful of times and EVERYTIME I've had an issue. Missing items on my order, I went home and noticed my wife's order not in the bag, I had to return and after arguing with one of the staff about me missing an item. She told me, how do I know you didn't leave it at home. I had to bite my tongue. By this time 20 minutes had gone by. The missing item was still in the warmer inside sonic! Quite a few of issues were similar to what I just said. Another time I pulled up to the drive thru screen and waited 3 minutes, bo one said anything, so I pulled up ro the window and asked if the speake4 was broke, she said no, we're busy, there was me and 1 other vehicle in the drive thru and 2 cars in the parking stalls with the speakers. And alot of attitude from the employees. I think a prerequisite here is having ZERO customer service skills. I cant imagine what this world will be like when this generation is running things!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

The FOOD was horrible! The burger had been microwaved. Fries were cold of course but the cheddar bites were HARD and old. The staff were nice enough but the food was so bad I can’t give it any stars.

The mobile app is turned off more than we can use it,block of the drive thru, they just close whenever they want to.If they are short staffed the Managers should be in there working and hiring more people this is the only Sonic I've ever seen this many issues at. They tape hand wrote signs up saying they don't have enough employees,teenagers say they are the managers if they could actually get a good staff and management this is a great place to eat,but until then we won't be going back...

They have absolutely horrible service. They don’t care about how fast you get your food. Very short staff. They make you make for over 15 minutes before answering the speaker. The moble orders are slow getting out. They clear your order and forget about your order. I had to get my own order from there door because they wasn’t answering the speaker. Definitely will not return to this sonic again.
