I called to get an appointment on September fourth and the first available date was November 12th so it will probably be December before you can get in for it. If you have already had your appointment it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for it to go through

I received my HEAP benefits in March..I got assistance for kerosene and emera..My kerosene benefits went to my delivery company but I'm confused..did my kerosene company get the full 663$ or was the 258$ for Emera subtracted from that?

What are the laws regarding oil delivery? Is fuel received from liheap considered a pre paid contact? Can an oil company charge extra money per gallon or a delivery fee when someone runs out of oil waiting for delivery.
