That would make 3 of us that seem to agree. I've been dealing with Harbor Freight since 87 and I've never heard of them buying any tools. I'd say your best bet would be Craigslist or something similar. I was gonna say a Pawn Shop but as you probably already know, Pawn Shops don't pay Squat.. I just realized that Paul the first poster, mentioned Craigslist..

I dont believe so, i have never heard of them doing so, they sell all new tool and equipment. Sounds like you are looking for pawn shop or consignment type store, have you tried posting them on Craigslist for sale.
