The website gives winter and summer open days/hours, but there is no mention of what months define those two seasons. I see an opening day on their calendar in January, but does that mean I can drive into the park after January?

The summer csmping season is generally from May 15 until October 25. But check with BSP Headquarters before you go.

I'd recommend after mid April

When we were there last summer they said on gate that I can make a reservation before April first only by come over to the gate and after thet day you could make reservation by call. So i guess it is men's you can stay there after January. But not on all campgrounds. It depends on weather. Some camps closed even in September. Good luck with your plans. I guess there pretty on this time!

When it's cold it's winter and when it's warm it's summer. Only summer for about 8 weeks up there. 😂
