I have My deceased mother's extensive collection of armani statues many signed by the artist...I'm wondering if the museum would be interested in a donation of art work such as this...

If you are a visitor and a guard tells you that they have you on video touching material on a wall, what are the procedures for proving they are incorrect? This happened to me, I was taken into the said room. I explained I had never touched the wall, people stopped to watch the guard and me. I was embarrassed beyond measure. There was no apology’s given. The guard said,” Maybe you just got too close”! My afternoon was ruined.

All the items in the museum were once Isabella Stewart Gardner's. You should probably look to see if another museum would like to take your collection as the ISG museum probably isn't accepting any donations.
