Can you enter the garden, or can you only see it from afar?

You cannot enter the garden but you have access to view it all around and from above on the second and third level of the building.

There is a passage all around the garden/ courtyard. The garden can be enjoyed from all the sides, however walking into the courtyard is not permitted. It is not a big garden or park, but is an inside courtyard almost on the lines of old Italian or Spanish courtyards, and is beautiful.
