The museum is very hp accessible. There are elevators to each floor.
I went with hiking sticks. Not a problem! They have an elevator and HP outside. Reserve your tickets ahead of time.
I would recommend you plan your visit with an advocate. Parking is not what you would need unless you get lucky if you are credentialed. Don't forget to eat at the cafe!
There is an elevator to each of the floors. Let them know you would need access, not a problem. I found an HP slot, right in front of the museum. Some of the rooms off the first floor have stairs, but most had ramps. I was there Presidents Day. Hope this helps.
The museum itself has some ramps and a parking slot for HP but the inside it is not well adapted for them. If you want to visit the exhibitions there is no other access rather than stairs to move across floors, also albeit some entrance doors certain exhibition rooms are quite comfortable for wheel chairs others are highly reduced in space.
