How is row A orchestra left? Is the view obstructed really badly and do you have to look up to see the stage?

Depends on the set on the stage if your view is obstructed no obstruction in theaters design. Yes you will be looking up in row A.

Not obstructed at all you do have to look up because the stage is about 4' higher than the seating.
