Holiday business. Aside from that I don't think they care much. I can't tell you how many things I don't buy because they can't be bothered to price it. I had an issue there a few years ago and contacted the manager who never got back to me or even bothered handling it and she was the one who supposedly cared. Didn't spend money there for a very long time.
Very busy. Understaffed. Be patient, someone will eventually answer the phone.
Google Walmart go to main website and call one of head quarters numbers for answer or referral. Also, if you do the survey on receipt tell them that way if more people used those most companies will do what they can to fix the problem.

Carrie is spot on with her answer. This particular Wal Mar is often understaffed, whether it be stocking shelves, at the customer service desks, and even at the cash registers. Patience is definitely a must when trying to contact this store, unfortunately..
Customer Service is often understaffed and when I go in this store there is always a line of people waiting for help. I don't think they prioritize answering the phone...sorry.
