I stopped by this location this morning for a quote on tire replacement. Zach was incredibly responsive, asked all the right questions, and had great suggestions for replacement. In no time, he provided a quote based on our car specifications, driving behavior, and needs. I also wanted a tire with a great warranty, and tread life. He then offered to have them installed right away. AMAZING. I was driving away with a new set of great tires at a great price in just an hour! I should also mention they realigned my car as it was very much out of specs from the winter and spring conditions. I have to give a great shout to Zach for his incredible service, knowledge and ease of interaction. I have always had a great experience at this Town Fair Tire location. They have serviced 3 of my vehicles and I know I will be back in the future.

I was warmly greeted by Hunter as I entered the desk area. I briefly described my flat tire situation and could I get the tire fixed in a timely manor. Hunter asked to see the tire and thought it could fit into the service rotation. We left to shop in the area and returned in two hours to find the tire had been repaired and at no charge. Our family has been customers for years and it’s because of the great service the staff has provided. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Great experience! Aaron took care of everything quickly and my tire was patched within the hour on a busy week before Memorial Day. The staff was helpful and efficient. If I have any tire issues in the future I will definitely be back!!

I've been dealing with a slow leak on a tire since the summer. Fix-a-flat worked until the winter, but every 3 or 4 days I've had to refill. Zack was able to fit me in 15 minutes after I called for a quick flat repair. I waited for less than 10 minutes in the store. Very much appreciated. Very happy with my experience. Update: Upon returning home my tire was flat again. I put a donut on and scheduled an appointment with the closest store able to get me in which ended up being the Concord location. They immediately located a screw that had clearly been embedded in the tire for a long time that the Lebanon location looked over. 5 stars for promptness and ease of access for customers. One star for thoroughness and actually examining and fixing the problem.
