Engine diagnostic exceeded expectations. Definitely worth the $. Technician provided written step by step instructions for how to complete repairs indicated by error messages, along with orally reviewing documents, including actual error messages and their meanings. Friendly, professional and fast service. The technician that helped me was exceptional and seemed to be at least informally training other technicians on site. Also received an oil change and was done in probably 20 minutes or less.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for the last 3 years. I dont have to make an appointment. They are always so helpful and friendly. The top off my car's fluids and have all of my car's information when I call. They truly bend over backwards to help people out.

Great for oil changes, quick. With cost of oil, your only saving maybe 20 dollars to do it yourself, even less if your using conventional oil. Get 10 dollars off by just showing the coupon, it's on the jiffy lube site. Or just Google jiffy lube oil coupon and it will come up. It's been even better now that everyone just stays in their car. Much faster.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Only 3 stars because they didn't have 10 w 30 for my oil change. I use conventional oil not synthetic.
