The store generally has good inventory (though it has been a little hit or miss lately with some dairy products). I don't shop here as often as I used to as I find the prices are higher than some other large chain grocers such as Hannaford (though Hannaford started to raise their competitive prices a few years after opening...). My three star rating has to do with employee attitudes. Today, I asked an associate at the self checkout lane if she had a store card to scan (I tried to iron out my store card issue several years ago but gave up). I could tell she felt put out. She walked over without eye contact, scanned her card and walked away without a word. In speaking with my husband, it does not appear this is an isolated incident. He went to the store recently and when he asked them to scan their store card (because the PC system isn't with the times to allow us to punch in a phone number), the self checkout lady was clearly disgruntled. And when he forgot an item and had to go back through the self checkout lane again, she scanned the card, knocked over his grocery items, looked at him to see if he'd say anything and then she walked away without so much as a word. He said there was another time within the past week that a lady working the self checkout lane rudely told him she was busy and would get to him when she was free. There was no polite mannerism to this store employee and my husband couldn't help but wonder what he had done wrong by asking for help. He wasn't in a rush and had asked politely. We are kind and considerate individuals. We aren't rude or pushy in asking for assistance. So, I honestly don't understand the employee behavior. Front end employees are in a highly visible and extremely customer service oriented position. I can understand someone having the right to a bad day but it is evident this store is breeding employees with behavioral issues. We (myself and my husband) separately experienced bad attitudes across multiple days with different employees (who just so happened to all be female). I'm sad to say it but I think someone needs to hire some secret shoppers and consider cleaning house...

I thought price chopper was overpriced. I do understand that inflation made the price of everything for every retailer go up but when a thing of oats at price chopper is $6.79 and the same thing is 4.98$ at Walmart then it time for price chopper to chopp prices and give consumers a price cut.

This is another convenient location if you leave in the overall area and it's open 24 hours so you can always pick up your grocery essentials. May not be the cleanest or have everything you can think of, but it does the job.

They have a gift card kiosk near the self checkout area with the cards there :)
Never seen it sold here, possibly in the seasonal section in the summer time, but doubtful
Masks are required, they have direction arrows in the aisles. They clean the belts between people, there are plexiglass dividers and all employees wear masks.
Masks are more of a problem then a help seeing how I see them littered all over Lebanon W-R-Jct and all of the upper valley streets😡
We close at 3pm on Thanksgiving.
How is this a question? This is not the place for this. Call the store and complain.
