My husband, Steve, and I just purchased our dream car, a 2013 Shelby GT 500, from Lebanon Ford. After looking for months, we finally found the right car on their website. From our first encounter with George in Internet sales, to working with Dan in sales and the General Manager Bill, to finishing up our paperwork with John, we were met with respect and appreciation. Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable and listened so they could help us meet our goals. There were never any high pressure sales tactics, and the whole financing process was smooth. Have always bought my Fords here and from Duane V. Though it took awhile to get my bronco it in the end was worth it. Even through all the renovations going on they stay positive and understand your needs. Might also add service though sometimes they may not want to do a great job keeping my 2010 transit connect on the road. 286,000 and counting. Thanks all at Lebanon Ford.
