How do I get someone to answer the phone? The only response seems to be putting me on hold that lasts for many many minutes every time that I try to make contact.

I haven't had any problems getting through. They are very good at answering the phone. Maybe, you should check to see if the number that you are calling is correct.

I haven't had any problems when I have setup service with them. If you call their main line someone should direct you to the services line. You could also call and ask what the main line is too.
