Had a rental reserved for a tow auger. Day before I need it, I'm told it was cancelled. I call customer service and am told they don't know what happened to it or where it is. Can't offer me a substitute or even put in a rental at a different store. Don't rely on them if you have a project or their equipment will just go missing.

Great store! Very friendly and helpful service. With one item not in stock, the associate directed us to another store that would have it(not another Hone Depot either). Very cool!

I only went in for a return but parking was very easy and the store wasn’t packed. For the returns I was able to walk right in, swipe my card and get refunded for my items. The items were ordered online and there were no questions asked. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Usually when you have a question you know as far as what Home Depot carries keep in mind they also have an online version where you can get more things than the store itself carries and have it delivered to the store free of charge and either pick it up or have it delivered to your house and the app for the Home Depot online is free so it wouldn't be a bad thing to have on your phone

Home Depot is right in Crossgates Commons, off of Washington Ave. ext., so just slightly East of Crossgates Mall. A little over a mile or so as the crow flies.
Not positive about this location, however home depot generally does.
