Is this restaurant always rude?

Everyone should carry a minimum amount of cash in them, the store will charge youa quarter of your bill is less then 5 dollars, that being said you know how foreign ATMs charge you between 3 and 10 dollars per use? Well credit card companies do the same to the store so you are paying extra the store or restaurant is paying a lot extra, then there are all the new PCI DSS (personal card information digital security) laws and each has to have an inspection that costs these guys more money meanwhile you can pay using your phone all costing everyone more money to spend your money that the banks are making not only interest on but if you keep it in long enough then they are investing it and really making the money on your money so not the small business not the tourist or your local neighbor but the bank and the federal government
