Friendly Pets is my go to local pet store! Their staff are always friendly and greet every customer with a smile. They carry quite a vast choice of items for any pet you can think of from cats to snakes. The store is always tidy despite having small animals as well as a dog washing station. My family have been visiting Friendly Pets for many years; we previously bought three gerbils there who lived long healthy lives. Since they've passed we have two cats and Friendly Pets is where we go to buy all things needed for the cats. Amazing pet store for browsing for a new pet or buying pet supplies!!

I decided to finally put my aquarium together. Andrew was amazing. Helping me pick my fish and explain who would work with who. No fish fights here. I did everything we discussed when I got home. Spending $80.oo on fish, I thought would last at least 2 days. I got this fish tank for trauma in my life that has left me with severe anxiety. I'm hoping it will help soothe my house. The fish were dead the next day. Except for the snail and i fish. I brought the evidence back 4 days later bc of snow storm delay. They give u a 78-hour window. I was not compensated. They said I was past the deadline and argued. I had water tested. They said to much alkaline. 😔 I used their water and Fiji. My one $80 fish is in a world by himself 4 weeks later.

I've been going to this store for years before it was friendly pets and I love the store, however, Recently, the manager is what made me do this review. I was told that something that I would be able to do that Impacts my life and she lied she refused what she said she would do. It's very disappointing I'll never go back. And the staff if there is any more than likely they won't have an answer to any question there is one maybe two people that have any knowledge and it seems like it inconveniences them. Now I have way more and I'm not a pet store I don't have the ability to do the same thing they do so pretty much they don't care about the animals or their extremely loyal customers.

I left my 2 rabbits for a week with specific feeding instructions and they didn’t listen to my instructions. I feed them only a handful of pellets a day and the amount of pellets that was fed to them in a week was probably a months worth! I was really hoping things were gonna go well with this place since other reviews were really good but I personally didn’t have a great experience. For future vacations, I’ll be leaving them with someone I know who I can trust with my rabbits.

Yes, they do! They have an excellent bird groomer. She's very experienced, and birds get a sprig of millet after. 👍 Check with the store for the best time to bring your bird in.
