Excellent experience at the Outboard Shop! Had an issue with my 2003 125 2-Stroke throttle linkage. They gave the motor a full look over and fixed the issue and the motor is running like new! Also great customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be taking my motor back for all future service needs!

Bamby and the team at the outboard shop are marvelous, they had us back on the water within the day after a failed fuel pump. The service and customer care are exceptional, If you own a mercury engine this is where you want it serviced.

I don’t usually do reviews but have to after my experience with the outboard shop and there staff. After being away for several months My verado was running rough and was due for a 300 hour service I was given the name of this shop from another mechanic who doesn’t work on 300 mercury verado’s said this was small family owned shop with very experienced mechanic’s I reached out and was shocked when they said they could get me in that day if I could get the boat there needless to say I did and what a great experience. Bambi and Ken were fantastic to deal with and communicated with me as to what they found and recommended fix was I ended up fixing other things besides motor bad bilge switch as example boat was back on my lift before I left town late Friday and didn’t drop it off to them until Wednesday afternoon. In today’s world it’s still nice to see customer service like this especially in an industry where service like this I thought was long gone. Kip Kerr

I have 2002 Optimax 135. I had taken it to a shop local to me, only to waste my money. The Outboard shop is over an hour drive from me. Kenny was able to diagnose and fix my issue quickly and at a reasonable price. Both Bambi and Kenny were extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable. I will not take my boat to any other shop. This Shop is by far the best!!
