Strawberry season is the only time they serve shortcake. It's usually mid December to beginning of April. You can get an amazing milkshake now though 😉
Officially strawberry shortcakes begin January 2nd - mid April. However, sometimes, depending on availability of fresh berries, we can start them mid/late December.
