Very unprofessional and complete disregard for property. Didn’t bother moving any lines, or working around lines, cables or cable boxes and completely dug through it and destroyed it. Frontier even marked area where lines were located (notice multiple bright Orange flags in picture.) No landline, cable or internet for 3 days now until next tech can get out. The wife and I are missing out on work now because we are remote, so that’s 3 days of work gone for the both of us, and now from what I am told by frontier, I will possibly be billed for frontier to repair the lines. Asked the workers if they saw the lines, they said yes, asked why did you dig through the lines and destroy the box, said they had no other choice. Asked to speak to the supervisor of Harvey and Ronnie, and was not put at ease and patronized by supervisor, I believe his name was Seth. Seth advised me he was told they needed to dig a ditch and that’s what they did. They blamed frontier for placing lines over the ditch and not digging deep enough. Supervisor kept placing blame elsewhere and Ronnie the digger as well. Glenda the reception was pleasant to deal with, she has been trying to communicate with higher ups so this incident doesn’t occur for future people. I am hoping this finds someone who will do something for future projects.

Very un-professional company. Received bids from them to clean and replant ponds. Supplied them with permits, planting schedules, as builts, ect. They came out to the job totally not knowing what to do. Owner then decided he no longer wanted the project and walked off the job. Do not use this company.
