Strawberry shortcake is available from January 2nd to mid April! I haven't seen an exact date for when that is. They are open every day in April except for Easter Sunday and that following Monday!
They said on phone April 15 they stop the shortcake

We did get strawberry shortcake in middle of December and I think you are right about middle of April
