I assume you are referring to tge hibachi tables? If that is the case I believe it is 6-8.

In the hibachi area, I believe it's 8 per side without adding any extra chairs.

Depends on the table. Usually 1, since it's a square table but if you have a group of ppl, they can move tables together.
