I came into Cellular Freedom Repairs with a cracked screen that was periodically flashing bright light beneath the crack. I spoke with Mason on my first visit. He was friendly and provided good customer service despite being the only one on and there being a handful of customers. He checked that they had the part they needed, quoted me the price, and took my phone and info. When I arrived to pick up, the screen wasn't acting properly. Apparently, they'd used an after market screen, which I hadn't realized. Mason was quick to address my concerns, spoke with his supervisor, and told me they'd order the right part and not charge me for the second repair or the price difference in screens. I came back and spoke with Shawn, the owner, and he was very kind and apologetic and took care of my problem quickly. Overall, great customer service, wonderful ownership, and a good experience. I really appreciated the business doing everything they could to make my experience spectacular and my phone is as good as new. Bonus info: this place is pretty kid friendly, they have a couple free classic games available and quarter candy machines. I would recommend Cellular Freedom Repairs.

So I broke my phone. Smashed it in my car door. I went to Cellular Freedom to purchase a new phone for around $150. Would have been a great deal. But when I got there, the owner of Cellular Freedom hooked me up with a customer who was looking to sell the same type of phone that I originally had. He got the customer to sell it to me for $60....let me use his store phone to activate my new one, AND walked me through the new activation. He did all this for free. Didn't ask for a penny for hooking me up. I highly highly highly recommend this store. They saved me a bunch of money and he's super professional. Thank you so much Cellular Freedom!!

Great small business. Went above and beyond in helping me repair my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Ask for Sean. Reasonable prices and the all are are super fast in cell phone repair, with the highest quality. I would highly recommend using this business before you go anywhere else. After my experience yesterday with Freedom Cellular, I will be using them from now on in anything that has to do with electronics. Thank you Sean.

My phone started displaying weird grid lines and wrapping text on the screen. I brought it to Cellular Freedom. Spent about $100 and in only one hour I had a phone that looks brand new. Sure beats spending $900 for a new one! I found Cellular Freedom to be honest, friendly and competent. I will definitely return when it’s time to replace my son’s iPhone 6 to see what they have in store.
