It was wounderful like always this is the best please to take any child of any age and the price is just right .the people that runs the place are so friendly and kind. The builder needs work and needs heat and better air condtion in the summer but that all releases on the owner. I hope when they close they will reopen very soon and near Galax ..... Completely RUDe, disrespectful. I paid almost 200 for 1 hour in the party room and unlimited bounce time until closing upon arriving I seen a hand written sign on the door saying they are closing for a private party and we had to leave and be done in an hour and half so. That means sitting up, cake, gifts and cleaning up basically no bounce time. I asked for my money back and she refused to give me my money back was so rude. The place is falling apart literally had to stack up napkins to make the table level. One heater for the whole place it was freezing and they tried to make me rinse my fruit in the bathroom when they had a sink upfront. I'm calling the better business bureau on them and do not come there
